    Walking in the woods with my dogs, far away from the daily life. And taking some time to sit down on Tree trunk or stone and exercise some breathing exercises and meditation, all by meself, and saying certain positive and loving affirmations out loud such as “I accept myself totally and completely, with my hands on my heart. This exercise brings me closer to God, the Creator and His inexhaustible love, and it also brings me closer to myself.
