How to take part in the 7 Day Kindness Challenge:

Do one act of kindness every day until World Kindness Day (Fri Nov 13), with 3 ground rules:

🎨 Do something different every day. No repeats (get fun and creative)!
🦁 One act must stretch you outside your comfort zone.
💗 One kindness must be for you—because kindness starts with us!

That’s it! You can do this challenge on your own, but we hope you’ll join us + do the challenge together in the community!

Then join us for a 💖 World Kindness Day 💖 Live Community Celebration!
